Joseph Ghali
Joseph graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Growing up playing basketball and soccer, he developed a strong love for sport and understands firsthand the impact injuries can have on both performance and day-to-day life. These experiences led him to pursue a career in osteopathy, where he could help others stay active and move better.
Joseph takes a hands-on, tailored approach to treatment, utilising a combination of soft tissue therapy, joint adjustments, dry needling and cupping, alongside exercise-based rehabilitation. He has a strong interest in movement, resistance training and breathing mechanics, and how these influence recovery, performance and overall wellbeing. With a philosophy centred around a balanced lifestyle with movement at the epicentre, Joseph believes movement is key and works closely with each patient to develop an individualised plan that keeps them doing what they love most.
Outside the clinic, Joseph maintains an active lifestyle through regular gym training and outdoor hiking. He also enjoys exploring Melbourne’s diverse food and wine scene and watching the Bulldogs play on the weekends. To make an appointment with Joseph, please click the button below.
