What types of health insurance do you accept?
We accept 100% of private health insurance companies in Australia. If you are unsure whether you have cover for Osteopathy, please call your private health insurer before coming in.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No, you do not need a doctor's referral to see an Osteopath. However, we do accept a care plan from your GP if they give you one.
What is your new patient procedure?
Please arrive at the clinic 5-10 minutes before your appointment starts to fill out new patient paperwork. We will come and get you from the waiting area when you're ready.
What conditions do you treat?
As Osteopath's we treat any musculoskeletal pain or injury. To learn more, view the conditions we regularly treat on the home page of this website.
Do we have to do dry needling or adjustments in a treatment?
Definitely not. There are many other techniques we can use to help relieve pain, tension and stiffness. Some people don't need adjustments or dry needling and others aren't comfortable having it done which is completely fine.
Is it ok to workout or exercise before or after a treatment?
Usually this is fine. We will instruct you if we feel you need to avoid certain activities just after a treatment for any reason.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You will be sent a link after you have booked via email, where you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please allow at least 48 hours notice before your appointment if you need to cancel to avoid late cancellation fees.
Do you accept TAC,
WorkCover or DVA?
Yes, we do. Book in your appointment and bring in any relevant documents for your Osteopath to have so that we can process your claims.
