Dr Amy Scarcella

Amy graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). With a strong interest in health, fitness and movement, she is passionate about helping people build strength, reduce pain and return to the activities they enjoy. Compassionate by nature, Amy was drawn to osteopathy for its holistic philosophy and its ability to address all aspects of health and wellbeing.

She takes a patient-centred approach to care, combining hands-on techniques such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, adjustments and dry needling with targeted rehabilitation and lifestyle education. Amy focuses on identifying underlying contributors to pain or dysfunction and works collaboratively with her patients to create realistic, sustainable management plans that support long-term recovery and movement confidence.

Outside the clinic, Amy enjoys strength training, Pilates and staying active outdoors. She also loves cooking for friends and family and prioritises a balanced lifestyle that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
